Delivery within New Zealand is either same day or next day courier delivery.
Delivery outside New Zealand is usually 4-8 working days.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unopened product to us for a refund, replacement or credit.
Conditions:
Shipping fees are not refundable.
We cannot accept the return of damaged goods.
Returns must be made within thirty days from the day you received your order.
When we receive your parcel back at our New Zealand Distribution Center, we will process your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of that transaction. If you have paid by means of a check or money order, a check will be issued to you within seven to twenty-one business days from the date you parcel was received at our New Zealand Distribution Center.
